The software

MAGNEMO runs on your computer. Your memory is a folder of files you choose; the engine sends nothing from it to the company. The desktop extension reads and writes the folder you name in MAGNEMO_VAULT, and no other.

The notes list

What: the email address you type in, the time you typed it, and the country the request came from.
Why: to send you the notes you asked for. Basis: your consent.
Where: in the company’s Cloudflare account; at Buttondown, which sends the notes (it mails you one confirmation first, and you are on the list only after you click it; open and click tracking are off); and in an export on the company’s own computer.
How long: until you ask for it to be deleted.
How to leave: the link at the bottom of any note stops the notes. To have your address deleted from all three places, write to hello@magnemo.ai from that address.

Visiting this site

Cloudflare serves this site and processes each request (your IP address, the time, the page) under its own policy. The company sees request counts by country. This site loads no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no cookies.

Where it is processed

Cloudflare and Buttondown are US companies. Your address may be processed outside the country you live in.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete what is held about you, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@magnemo.ai. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
