Magnemo is memory for your AI that lives on your own computer. This page says, in plain words, where that memory is, what leaves your machine, and what this website keeps.

Where your memory lives

On your machine, in a folder of plain markdown files you own. You choose the folder. You can open every file in any text editor, move it, back it up, or delete it. It lives nowhere else.

What leaves your computer

Nothing. The engine makes zero network calls, and magnemo doctor checks that every time you run it. There is no telemetry, no account, no phone-home. The only copies of your memory are the ones you make yourself, to places you own.

What the desktop extension can see

Only the vault folder you point it at (MAGNEMO_VAULT). It reads and writes there and nowhere else. It cannot see your other files, your other apps, or your conversations outside that folder.

What we collect on this website

If you type your email into the box on the front page, we keep that address, the time you left it, and the country the request came from — in a store in our Cloudflare account. To be able to write to you at all, the address also goes to Buttondown, the small newsletter service that sends our notes; it mails you one confirmation first, and you are on the list only after you click it. Open and click tracking are off there. You get a note only when something happened; no drip, no sequence, ever.

The page itself loads no analytics script, no ads, no third-party trackers. Cloudflare, which serves the site, shows us request counts by country and keeps ordinary server logs for a short time to run the service; we do not use them to identify anyone.

Your rights

Your memory: delete the folder and it is gone. There is nothing to request from us, because we never had it. Your email: write to hello@magnemo.ai from the address you signed up with, or click out at the bottom of any note, and it is removed. That is the whole list of what we hold.

Changes

This page carries its own last-updated line and lives in the public site repository, so every change to it is visible with a date and a diff. If any of this changes, this page changes first.
